On Diet?


ya..i used to on diet all the time..but sometimes still will curi makan a bit..^^( i just can't stop eating when i see snack) that is my major problem while on diet!

Ya..i tried so many stupid method to lose my weight down since secondary school..because so many boys on that time insult me by using rude word..that's hurt my feeling but..what to do ..i m ugly ..dark skin..fat..i know..some people might talk behind me~Whatever?!

on my past i am red cross crescent active member, have to practise marching..go for camp , traning and i am also joining squash as my favorite sport.Thus, i have messy hair all the time and dark skin!(i know many people don't believe me)^^..what i m trying to say is..ya..maybe at my secondary school not that fat..but still my weight never drop below 50KG!

when started my university life..that become more worst because i totally sto pall my sports after i came back from national service!more FAT i become..my maximum weight goes from 49KG to 55KG..that was last year march ..55KG!!!i m realize that when some of my friends told me that my body getting Plum..haha..and some of my cloth getting tight..i can't even wear a size M...okay..i m promise i start lose weight..i am used to do exersice ( FAIL..too lazy to consistent)..i am drinking those fiber ( FAIL..the taste too disgusting)..

at last i get a super good method to lsoe weight ..that is Drink HBL..(herbal life)..that is not a food or tea to make you goes toilet all the time or burn your fat! NO!..it is a healthy food..like protein powder..i am almost lose 8kg from 55KG to 47Kg..that is my major change is my life!!

i drink it for 4 month..then i stop a year until now..i am still maintaining my weight..but sometimes i just can't control my mouth..=P..next month i am going to Langkawi..hee..i hope i can lose more weight..let say 2kg?hee..that will perfect for size 3..IF i CAN ..^^hahaha~
