TREAT ANIMAL WITH CRUEL METHODS!
This afternoon while i m surfing net
i saw a video clip which show how the DBKL treat those dogs and cats cruely!
That was so inhuman
They dragged the dog neck until fractured and dead~@@
all this time they said they will give those dogs and cats injection and diepeacefully, but what we saw know is different practices!
This must BE CONTROL.
so sad to saw those dogs get torture~For those innocent dogs and cats it is just like a torture chamber
